I’m a lover of story and myth, poetry and metaphor. I like to cleanse my energy with fresh geranium. My altars are alive with symbols, gems and treasures. I have conversations with the moon.
In other words, I love me some woo-woo.
I've also taught yoga for over 20 years.
What started as a fitness practice has become equally about welcoming all aspects of myself back together in love and kindness.
And let me tell you, I have put myself back together anew again and again with these practices.

I spent most of my life trying to fit in with the crowd, only to end up feeling like something is wrong with me.
My main vehicle for unraveling the knots of people-pleasing, pushing through and productivity-above-all-else has been Yoga.
Not only yoga poses on a mat, but as a practice of kindness. (My guess is you haven't done a lot of yoga like that).
Your teachings are beginning to become part of my bones. I trust my own intuition and experiences because of these practices. Thank you.

While I love teaching in general, this series is personal. My mom has a severe kyphosis -- an upper back rounding -- and extreme neck misalignment. She's had headaches her whole life.

It was hard for me to return to a normal and regular exercise schedule after spraining my ankle, but I’m happy to say the tide is turning. Your 6 live workout sessions this month is making me once again accountable and regular. I sense your gentle nudges, and it’s good to feel more “disciplined” again as I see my completed workouts on the calendar.
