Summer is full glory, all things bright and vibrant. It's peak creativity, long, glorious days with social gatherings and celebrations. And we can use the excess energy to help get. things. done.

While riding the big energy of summer can feel exciting, it can also be hard to slow down. We tend to fill those extra hours of daylight with activities: there's another block party, graduations, a family vacation... on top of keeping the kids busy and a regular work schedule.

It's all good stuff, but what happened to lying around in a hammock?

It's easy to reach burnout and get overheated in body and mind.


Summer Camp is a treasure trove of yoga and ayurveda practices that offer small and simple ways to keep you balanced and sustained through summer.


Take some time just for you... whether you need to cool off, want to do some strength work, maybe belly dance(!) or try a new recipe.

Jennifer offers two practices to get you in summer spirits. Her delicious 360 Core practice will connect you to your deep center.  Radiate & Return will challenge you to extend with intention and to stay genuinely connected to your body and breath. Jennifer's calming presence will keep you cool even as you meet your inner fire.

Anna Guest-Jelley

Join Anna for a cooling yoga practice to help you balance the energy of summer. Practicing with Anna is always a treat and her Summer class is a delight.

Vanessa Nixon

Vanessa shares a practice to release tension and stuck energy in the most delightful way: Belly Dance! You'll learn basic moves that make it approachable and fun. She also shares her favorite morning energy drink recipe, perfect for summer.

Michelle Marlahan

Michelle's practices will help you embrace and balance the qualities of summer. The Road Trip Release is perfect after any kind of sitting, and two Radiating practices celebrate gentle strengthening without burning out. With the Summer Care Guide, you'll stay cool and collected all season.
